Block Booking Terms
Five follow-up treatments paid up front for £200 instead of £45 each, or £180 if you're in full-time education. Here is exactly what that does and does not commit you to.
What you get
Five follow-up treatments for £200. Paid in one go, that works out at £40 a treatment rather than the standard £45, so you save £25 across the block. That £40 is the agreed price for every treatment in the block, whether you end up using all five or not.
If you're in full-time education, the same block is £180. That's £36 a treatment: £4 less than the £40 student rate, so you save £20 across the block, and £9 a visit against the standard £45. Bring your student ID to your first appointment. Everything below applies to the student block in the same way, at £36 a treatment in place of £40.
It covers follow-up treatments only. Your initial consultation is a separate 60-minute appointment at £70 and isn't part of the block.
Paying in instalments
The online booking system offers Klarna alongside card payment, so you don't need the full £200, or £180 on the student block, upfront to get the block's saving. If you're short on cash that month, splitting the block over Klarna instalments is worth considering rather than paying per visit at the full £45 rate. Klarna sets its own eligibility and terms — you'll see the options at checkout.
It expires after 6 months
The block runs for 6 months from the date you pay for it. Any treatments you haven't used by then are no longer available under the block.
Six months is deliberately generous for a course of five treatments, so this shouldn't catch anyone out. If something significant gets in the way, an illness, an injury, a spell away, just tell me and I'll extend it. I'd rather do that than have you lose sessions you've paid for.
Refunds
You can stop at any point and ask for the treatments you haven't used back. Every treatment in the block is charged at the rate you paid, £40 on the standard block or £36 on the student block, and that stays true whether you use all five or stop early — asking for a refund doesn't change the price of the treatments you've already had. I refund each unused treatment at the rate you paid for it.

It's optional, and it isn't a treatment plan
A block is a way of paying, nothing more. It doesn't commit you to five treatments, and buying one doesn't mean you'll need five. I'll only suggest it once we've assessed you and agreed roughly how many sessions are sensible, and you're welcome to pay per visit instead. If you get better in three, stop at three and ask for the other two back at the rate you paid.
Other details
- Blocks are for one person and can't be transferred to someone else.
- Normal cancellation notice still applies to each appointment. See the cancellation policy.
- Cancelling an appointment never uses up a treatment from your block, even if you cancel late. A late cancellation is charged separately under the cancellation policy, at half the block rate you paid, so £20 on the standard block or £18 on the student block.
