Rearranging or cancelling

Plans change, and that's fine. If you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment, use the link in your booking confirmation email, or message me directly on WhatsApp: +44 7871 283457.

Notice

Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or rearrange, ideally at least 24 hours before your appointment. This gives someone else the chance to take that slot.

Late cancellations and missed appointments

If you cancel with less than 12 hours' notice, or you don't turn up, that slot can't be offered to anyone else. The first time it happens I write it off. Things go wrong, and I would much rather you just told me.

After that, a cancellation inside 12 hours or a missed appointment is charged at half the price of the appointment you booked:

• Follow-up treatment (£45) — £22.50
• Initial consultation (£70) — £35
• A treatment from a block of five (£40) — £20. The treatment itself stays in your block rather than being used up.
• Student follow-up treatment (£40) — £20
• A treatment from a student block of five (£36) — £18. The treatment itself stays in your block rather than being used up.
• Teenagers 16 and under (£35) — £17.50

Cancel with more than 12 hours' notice and there is never a charge. I will also waive the fee whenever something genuinely unavoidable comes up, such as illness, an accident or a family emergency. Just tell me what happened.
