My initial consultation is £70 and lasts a full 60 minutes. Follow-up treatments are £45 each, or you can book a block of 5 for £200, which works out at £40 a visit.

Student and under-16 rates

Follow-up treatments are £40 if you're in full-time education, whatever your age, saving you £5 a visit. Bring your student ID to your first appointment. A student block of 5 is £180, which works out at £36 a visit. The initial consultation is the standard £70.

Follow-ups for children and teenagers aged 16 or under are £35.

Why the first appointment costs more

It's longer, and it covers more than treatment. I'll take a full history, examine how you move, test the relevant nerves and muscles, and explain what I think is going on in plain English before we start any hands-on work. Follow-ups are shorter because that groundwork is already done.

Why prices vary between chiropractors

Can I pay in instalments?

Only if you actually need several sessions. I won't push you into one, and one of my patients specifically mentioned there being "no pressure to book follow up appointments" — that's deliberate. If your assessment suggests a course of treatment will help, the block simply works out cheaper per visit, and if you're short on cash that month, paying for it with Klarna instalments is worth considering.
